Yii: почему мой индекс контроллера по умолчанию не работает?

Я Yiibie, застрял в проблеме. Я установил yii пользователей и права. Это дает мне ошибку всякий раз, когда я пытаюсь запустить localhost/webapp/table это дает ошибку, которая "Error 404 The system is unable to find the requested action "list" , но когда я пытаюсь бежать localhost/webapp/table/index это показывает мне представление действия индекса, которое работает нормально.
