Возникли проблемы при отправке электронной почты xampp в Windows 10

Я ищу помощь для отправки электронной почты с xampp (для теста).

У меня есть ОС Windows 10 Tech Preview. Я использую xampp без ртути. Я загружаю PHPMailer и использую его также. Я уже попробовал конфигурацию php.ini и sendmail.ini и НИЧЕГО НЕ РАБОТАЛО!
