Sonata Admin — Изменить значения фильтра (поле отношения)

В моем офисе (сделано с Соната Админ) У меня есть обзор регистраций.

Проблема в том, что причины посещения (последний фильтр) отображают все причины посещения в приложении.

Причина визита связана (отношение) к покупатель. И клиент связан (отношение) к пользователь в приложении.

Поэтому я хотел бы показать все причины посещения в выпадающем списке автозаполнения, которые связан с вошедшим в систему пользователем.

Но как я мог это сделать?
