Служба Bitcore кошелька: невозможно соединиться с 3232

Я пытаюсь подключить службу кошелька bitcore к моему bit core-lib, но это выдает ошибку, как показано ниже:

Unable to connect

Еще одна вещь — BWS успешно установлен и сконфигурирован с портом 3232 с кодом ниже:
