php move_uploaded_file () не может загрузить видео

Здравствуйте, я попытался прочитать похожие проблемы и не смог решить проблему.

Я успешно загрузил изображения, но не могу загрузить видео на свой сервер, сейчас я тестирую локально, используя XAMPP.

Я уже дал права на запись, чтение для папки, и она все еще не перемещает файл, и, конечно, мой файл PHP находится в той же папке, что и мой пункт назначения, в этом случае «./»
