Ошибка загрузки изображения из нескольких частей Android

У меня проблема при загрузке изображения на сервер. Когда я загружаю его, я получаю HTTP 1.1 200 OK, но затем, когда я получаю ответ, я вижу, что файл не загружен, потому что файл с таким именем уже существует или недопустимый тип. Вот моя асинхронная задача и код php сервера.
