Ошибка в файле wordpress function.php

Я пытаюсь добавить определенный шорткод в мою тему, но я получаю сообщение об ошибке, когда вставляю приведенный ниже код в мой файл theme.php. Я уже пробовала including once в function.php, но это не сработало.

Я думаю, что проблема из-за <?php префикс и ?> у него есть суффикс, запрещенный в WordPress fucntion.php. Я удалил все <?php а также ?> но все равно выдает ошибку.
