Ошибка ограничения памяти отзывчивого файлового менеджера

У меня проблемы с загрузкой больших файлов с помощью Responsive File Manager, он показывает «Недостаточно памяти».

я пытался изменить пределы в php.ini

ограничение загрузки до 100 МБ
Максимальный размер сообщения до 100 МБ
ограничение памяти скрипта до 300 МБ
максимальное время исполнения до 300

я также изменил лимит в config.php

‘MaxSizeUpload’ => 100

Но все та же ошибка.

сейчас даже несколько 100 кб не загружается.

в чем может быть проблема?

я использую файл upload.php по умолчанию из отзывчивого файлового менеджера для загрузки моих файлов

в строке 157 проверяется ошибка памяти
