Костер с codeigniter Внутренняя ошибка сервера

У меня настроен костер, и он работал нормально. Оно в http://office.barrecertification.com/ внезапно после восстановления сервера до предыдущей резервной копии я получаю Внутреннюю ошибку сервера. Мой файл .htaccess
