команда arc lint завершается с ошибкой # 1

Я настроил арк линт использовать pylint путем определения линтеров в .arclint файл:

После изучения arc lint командовать на любом *.py Я получаю следующее исключение:

Я столкнулся с исключением на PHP 5.5.34, после обновления до PHP 5.6.23 проблема все еще существует. Также я безуспешно пытался установить другую версию Arcanist — arcanist 57f6fb59d73994d90cd94143787424ce0fdbf73b (25 Jan 2016), libphutil f43291e99d36045bc459e5133454c0d8fd8768ea (21 Jan 2016),

В моем случае проблема была связана с ValueError: unknown locale: UTF-8,

Если вы столкнулись с той же ошибкой в MacOS, вот быстрое исправление (экспорт в bash):

export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
export LANG=en_US.UTF-8

Как исправить :

Пожалуйста, используйте сценарий «test.php» для воспроизведения проблемы (укажите путь к файлу вместо «путь к файлу / файлу»):
