электронная почта — PHP sendmail с hMailServer на локальном хосте: 535 Ошибка аутентификации

Я использую Apache на xampp и хочу использовать sendmail.exe для отправки писем с помощью PHP.

Я попытался использовать Mercury / 32 для настройки почтового сервера, и он некоторое время работал, но теперь SMTP Mercury не запускается (порты 25 и 110 не запускаются в панели управления xampp), и я не могу использовать это больше.

После этого я перешел на hMailServer. SMTP, POP3 и IMAP4 активны и правильно настроены. Кроме того, функция Autoban отключена, а Интернет удален из диапазонов IP-адресов, в результате отправка и получение почты отлично работает с Thunderbird.

Но когда я пытаюсь послать письмо по сценарию PHP, я всегда получаю следующее:

Функция mail всегда дает сбой (возвращает false), и это журнал ошибок:

Имя учетной записи и пароль одинаковы для обеих сторон (клиентское приложение и сервер).
