git rev-parse —short HEAD не получает последний коммит

Проблема в том, что POST HOOK получает старый коммит, а не получает последний коммит. Я заметил, что даже как пользователь ROOT. Я запускаю команду git rev-parse —short HEAD, она также получает старый коммит. Так что это определенно не проблема с разрешениями.

Какие-либо причины, почему эта команда не работает? Я просто не понимаю, почему он получает старый коммит.

РЕДАКТИРОВАТЬ: самый странный вопрос, если все, если вам интересно, он получает правильное описание для POST HOOK. Просто не правильный коммит. ЧТО ЭТО ЗА ХРЕНЬ?

В этом скрипте есть несколько проблем:

$branch = $commit->branch;

Замени это

$branch = $payload->repository->default_branch

Это делает git fetch, но вам нужно git pull, так что добавьте это после fetch

У меня также были проблемы с удалением файлов из репозитория, которые все еще присутствовали. Чтобы это исправить, добавьте git clean после проверки git следующим образом:
