cacti — «Не включена обработка журналов» & quot; ошибка при установке переполнения стека

Я собираюсь установить Cacti на Windows Server 2008R2, но сначала я должен установить PHP. Я скачал VC11 x64 Non-THread Safe и следовал всем инструкциям на сайте Cacti. http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:1_installation.2_install_windows.1_configure_php

Но когда в командной строке я пишу
