API перепродавца — недостаточно прав

Я пытаюсь создать нового клиента и прикрепить к нему подписку G-Suite, но, похоже, не могу этого сделать.

Где я сейчас нахожусь:

• Можно создать клиентский объект Google
• Можно проверить, существует ли клиент с этим доменом
• Может создать объект клиента
