api — Pact для 404 кода ответа от ложного сервера

Я попытался настроить Pact для PHP, используя пример конфигурации. Моя проблема в том, что я могу запустить mockServer, но каждый запрос, который я делаю, возвращает 404 ответ. Конечно, я настроил все как в GitHub readme. Тем не менее, я знаю, что сервер виден (localhost config), но маршруты не могут быть зарегистрированы.
