Сборка приложения C ++ с помощью библиотеки предварительной сборки дает ошибки компиляции

Я пытаюсь изменить программу на C ++, включив POCO, чтобы иметь возможность выполнять HTTP-запрос и получать результат. По сути, мне просто нужно в другой программе на C ++ дать имя пользователя и пароль и получить простой ответ «ОК» или «ОШИБКА».
