Почему нет этот код компилирование?

Вроде нужен указатель, ссылка, pointer_const & типы reference_const. Однако согласно cppreference все эти участники являются дополнительными. Похоже, что если бы STL не использовал allocator_trait (я компилирую с -std = c ++ 11, так что это должно быть хорошо).

Любая идея ?
