Ошибка настройки при компиляции Corkscrew с использованием Cygwin

Я пытаюсь скомпилировать штопор на машине с Windows, используя Cygwin. Теперь каждый раз, когда я пытаюсь настроить его, я получаю сообщение об ошибке configure: error: cannot guess build type; you must specify one

Я также пытался использовать TARGET, BUILD & HOST параметры, но это было бесполезно, так как я получаю ту же ошибку.
