Невозможно скомпилировать пакеты Python, используя C. Ошибка 2 — Невозможно открыть включаемый файл: ‘alloca.h’?

Все началось с «Невозможно найти vcvarsall.bat», но я исправил это довольно быстро. После этого я не могу исправить «ошибку 2».

Уже пробовал инструкции Вот а также Вот:

• Установленный компилятор Visual C ++ Python 2.7
• Установленная Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition SP1
• Установленный Windows SDK для Windows 7 и .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
• манипулировал vcvarsall.bat и vsvars64

Но все еще не могу установить pyethash, PyYAML, Scrypt. Детали для pyethash ниже.

Попытался установить Crypto, который также использует библиотеки C ++ — и это работает. Похоже, у меня все еще проблемы с компиляторами или я должен искать в другом месте?
