Работает. Поэтому я попытался изменить MakeFile так, чтобы он запускался без запуска (C: / Program Files (x86) /Git/usr/bin/sh.exe), но безуспешно.
Я потерялся…
Я переустановил MINGW32, но результат тот же. Я погуглил эту ошибку безуспешно.

Похоже, что ваша установка «Git для Windows» конфликтует с вашей средой MinGW. Поэтому я бы предложил удалить запись переменной PATH для установки Git хотя бы в среде MinGW.
