Компилирование proj-4.9.3 на windows 7

Это странно, потому что когда я запускаю вручную это:

Работает. Поэтому я попытался изменить MakeFile так, чтобы он запускался без запуска (C: / Program Files (x86) /Git/usr/bin/sh.exe), но безуспешно.
Я потерялся…
Я переустановил MINGW32, но результат тот же. Я погуглил эту ошибку безуспешно.
Может ли кто-нибудь помочь мне?
