Как создать собственный ctype для iso-8859-15 в c ++.

Я хотел бы использовать тип char для внутренней обработки текста для экономии памяти.
Но необходимая кодировка не реализована на всех платформах, поэтому я решил реализовать ее самостоятельно.

Кажется, это работает для меня. Обратите внимание на преобразование из char в unsigned char четко определен в каждом случае.

Я бы порекомендовал сделать глобальные массивы либо членами статических данных ex_ctype или помещая их с внутренней связью в собственный файл cpp (модуль перевода) вместе с определениями функций-членов ex_ctype,
