ffmpeg и Intel Quick Sync Video

Я пытаюсь использовать Intel Quick Sync Video, но у меня есть нарушение прав доступа, когда выполняем av_hwdevice_ctx_create () с типом == AV_HWDEVICE_TYPE_QSV. Это работает, если я использую AV_HWDEVICE_TYPE_D3D11VA, например, без каких-либо проблем. Я не знаю что делать. Кто-нибудь может мне помочь?
