Библиотека NFIQ содержит ошибку здесь.

Предполагается, что CLOCKS_PER_SEC является макроконстанцией, которая может использоваться в директивах препроцессора, таких как #if, но это не так! Он расширяется в зависимости от реализации до некоторого выражения… И в GCC 6.3 по крайней мере (и, видимо, ваша версия тоже) это выражение ((clock_t)1000000), Это выражение не будет работать в директиве препроцессора.

Возможно, авторы NFIQ протестировали его только в Visual Studio, а может быть, Visual Studio просто так бывает расширить этот макрос до базового литерала. Или, может быть, они не проверяли это вообще.

К сожалению, это не легко исправить. Они должны перестать использовать CLOCKS_PER_SEC в директиве препроцессора вообще, но могут ли они легко добиться того же с реальным кодом C ++, я не знаю. Определенно один, чтобы поднять с авторами.
