Решение
Похоже, что авторы этой библиотеки определяют свои собственные классы исключений, и они забыли пометить what() метод как noexcept когда код компилируется с C ++ 11 (или они являются производными от устаревших классов исключений, например, TR1). Это воспроизводит проблему:
