Я не знаю, что такое тип T0 и почему он приведен к T0. Я ожидаю, что это будет что-то внутреннее, чтобы повысить :: вариант. Но до сих пор я понятия не имею, почему я туда попал: операторы «<<для всех типов в варианте определены.

Решение

Вы должны определить operator<< внутри пространства имен NsSemSDK, так что эти функции могут быть найдены ADL. (пример.)
